4777p Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 4777p ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 4777p website, all games, betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered through the platform.

By creating an account on 4777p, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the 4777p platform.

4777p reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To be eligible to register and use the 4777p platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and continue to be so.
• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity and not as a business entity.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 4777p for a violation of these Terms or any previous version of them.
• You are using your own payment methods — funds deposited must be from an account or wallet registered in your own name (e.g. your own bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 4777p. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your real name as it appears on your national identification document.
• Your active Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as your login identifier and will be used for OTP verification and deposit notifications.
• A strong account password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your password with any third party, including 4777p support staff.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes. 4777p may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension.

4777p reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to pass KYC checks or to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

4777p supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and your account tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• 4777p does not charge platform transaction fees on standard deposit and withdrawal amounts. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own fees or limits independently.

4777p processes standard withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks. Larger amounts may require additional verification time. Processing times are consistent across all regions of Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Rajshahi.

4777p may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be met in full before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• 4777p reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account where the applicable wagering requirements have already been satisfied.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash value outside of the applicable wagering process, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion's individual terms.

4777p will run seasonal promotions aligned with major Bangladesh occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season. These promotions carry their own individual terms which will be published on the platform at the time of the promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4777p platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers, game mechanics, or promotional structures.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activities. 4777p is committed to anti-money laundering compliance.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, game mechanics, or security infrastructure.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or sharing account access with any other individual.

4777p uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited activities. Any player found to be in violation of this section will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any suspected gains from the prohibited activity forfeited pending investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777p shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, 4777p specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from sharing account credentials with a third party.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by circumstances beyond 4777p's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, mobile network disruptions, or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Any technical faults, game malfunctions, or errors in odds display that occur during normal platform operation. Where a game malfunction or display error is confirmed, 4777p reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

4777p reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially alters your rights or obligations as a player — 4777p will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. For minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause), the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the 4777p platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact 4777p support at [email protected].
